Volunteer Opportunities
We have the support of a wonderful team of volunteers who help us to make sure that both artists and audience members have a great experience prior to and during the festival weekend.
Our volunteers are very much an essential part of the Festival but they also enjoy a fun and rewarding experience.
Volunteering with us can give you: a chance to see the events you volunteer at; an opportunity to meet other like-minded people with a shared passion for the arts; first-hand experience of festival and event management; the opportunity to be involved in behind the scenes activities; an invitation to special events - and of course you will be helping to make The Cumnock Tryst festival a continuing success.
Volunteers undertake a number of roles: including Front of House - box office duties, checking tickets, selling programmes, ushering audience members; helping as drivers; or helping with the distribution of marketing materials. There may be other volunteer roles available depending on your interest and previous experience.
