“The CentreStage Community Gospel Choir meets every Friday evening at CentreStage in Kilmarnock with members aged from 8 to 80+yrs. Gospel means “good news” of course, and the specific good news for people in the Kilmarnock area is that there is no better way to set yourself up for the weekend than to raise your voice and raise your spirits with friends, singing gospel classics and discovering new favourites. No audition is required to join the choir and they perform regularly in the CentreStage Theatre in Kilmarnock. We are delighted to host them at this year’s Tryst. They performed for us a few years ago and it was one of the joyous highlights of our festival.”
